Reserve Bank of India has published draft regulatory guidelines for payment aggregators1 which requires payment aggregators to perform physical KYC on small & medium sized merchants, verify their bank accounts among other regulations. Stripe, sighting the aforementioned regulations has made its onboarding invite only2 in India, which means only large companies and those with connections can do business with them. This is particularly devastating to solopreneurs and small businesses from India which aim to build global SaaS products where Stripe is the defacto standard for collecting payments, especially when Stripe is buying out smaller competitors3 which could have served as an alternative.

How I run LLMs locally

A HN user asked me0 how I run LLMs locally with some specific questions, I’m documenting it here for everyone. Before I begin I would like to credit the thousands or millions of unknown artists, coders and writers upon whose work the Large Language Models(LLMs) are trained, often without due credit or compensation. Get Started r/LocalLLaMA subreddit1 & Ollama blog2 are great places to get started with running LLMs locally.

If the machine thinks it has paid out too many wins recently, […] The post This student made his own odds with a DIY slot machine appeared first on Arduino Blog.

The post you knew was coming about the Switch 2 display

Nintendo gave the Switch 2 it's grand unveiling today, and I think it looks great. $449 is a steep starting price, but considering the features and the fact we live in a world of inflation and significant tariffs on many goods coming into the US, it's
